Booking Agreement | Residential Real Estate

This agreement is provided so clients can review the terms that govern residential real estate photography services before completing their booking.

It covers the responsibilities of both the Client and Donald M. Barnes Photography, including scheduling and property access, payment, cancellations and rescheduling, photography and editing standards, image delivery, copyright, licensing, permitted usage, and other policies relevant to the assignment.

The applicable Booking Agreement forms part of the overall booking record and is referenced during the contract and acceptance process. Clients are encouraged to review the agreement before signing and to ask about any provision that may need clarification.

For each individual project, the accepted proposal will identify the specific collection, services, add-ons, pricing, and other project details selected for that booking.
